Warranty Policy

Clicgear Carts
Clicgear USA warrants the Clicgear Cart to be free from manufacturing or material defects for a period of three (3) years on the frame, and one (1) year on the parts from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage that occurs through abuse, accident, neglect or failure to follow the instructions or warnings contained in the user guide. Clicgear USA is sole judge of any and all warranty claims. Proof of purchase is required.Warranty DOES NOT cover any freight charges.

Clicgear Golf Bags
Clicgear USA offers a full one-year warranty on golf bags. From the date of the original purchase, Clicgear USA will provide parts to repair your bag free of charge due to failed parts caused by a manufacturing defect. If necessary, Clicgear USA will replace the bag during the warranty period. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim and warranty is only extended to the original owner of the bag. In some cases the owner will be asked to submit a photograph of the warranty claim. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use or the natural break down of colors and materials over time. Clicgear USA is the sole judge of any claim or warranty. Warranty DOES NOT cover any freight charges.


To Make A Claim

If you have a claim covered by warranty, please call or email our customer service department to resolve the problem. If it is deemed necessary to return your product, a return authorization number will be provided to you. This number must be included on your returned product.

Return Policy

Before returning any product to Clicgear USA, you must receive an Return Authorization Number from one of our Customer Service Representatives. Please take care to pack return items to ensure that no damage will occur in shipping. Problems with products can often be solved by repair without returning the product. Please do not return any product without prior authorization.
