MODEL 4.5 FINE TUNING GUIDE
If your Model 4.5 feels like it’s sitting lower under load, or your bag is contacting the front wheel, this is typically caused by minor loosening at key connection points. The good news is this can be quickly corrected with a few simple adjustments.
STEP 1: TIGHTEN THE MAIN FRAME HINGE
The main hinge should be tightened periodically to reduce sag.
Open the main hinge lever and tighten the main hinge nut with a 13 mm socket wrench (left side).
The lever should be tight to close without limiting the ability to fold the cart.
STEP 2: SECURE THE FRONT TUBE CONNECTION
The front tube can be tightened to the lower hinge arm mount.
Tip the cart backwards with the front wheel up.
Loosen bolts 1, 2, and 3 and firmly re-tighten with a Phillips screwdriver in the order of 1, 2, 3 (right side).
STEP 3: TIGHTEN BOTTOM BAG SUPPORT
Firmly tighten the bag bottom support to the lower saddle holder with a Phillips screwdriver (right side).
STEP 4: SECURE THE LOWER SADDLE HOLDER BOLTS
Firmly tighten the lower saddle holder bolts with a Phillips screwdriver (left side).
• Load your golf bag onto the cart
• Push the cart forward a few steps
• Confirm there is clear space between the bag and front wheel
You should notice:
• A more solid, stable feel
• Significantly reduced sag
• Improved bag clearance
