XL Cooler Bag

Both zippers broke on the XL ice chest within 2 hours of the first use. I have not heard back from company to rectify this situation.

I like the size of the bag but i would have liked a divider to keep things separate from the cooler area and also it was a little complicated trying to figure out how to get the bracket to attach to the cart....

The bag doesn’t stay upright and constantly folds over, which makes it annoying to use. It also leaks once the ice starts melting. Overall, not what I expected and definitely needs a better design.

Bag is really nice over all. But my daughter used it twice and the zipper had already broken. We will be filing a warranty claim on it.

It will keep our drinks cold a warm days.

zipper broke unable to fix...re-design needed. for the price would have bought a different cooler and attached it myself

I am on my second Cooler because the first one the zipper broke after the second time using it so I did a warranty claim which was amazing customer service but the zipper broke on the new one the first round. I like the cooler even though it leaks once any ice melts but the zipper issue I can't get over. Major improvements need to be made quick.

The zipper pulled apart the first use. For an XL cooler it needs a much sturdier zipper. One bottle of water is too much weight for the zipper and the teeth become separated while trying to zip/unzip.

-No instructions came with it or are online.
-Super flimsy. You have to hold it upright with one hand to open it with the other.
-My daughter’s dinosaur lunch box has more insulation.

You’re better off buying the storage net and throwing an average lunch box cooler in it. Had high hopes for this thing due to the price and quality of some accessories. Returning..

It does what it’s supposed to in keeping items cool. Primarily use it to keep cooling towels during the round. Wish it kept shape better and was easier to zip, basically have to left the entire cooler if you unzip it past the corners.

Absolute trash. Used once and now it won't zip. Figure out another way.
