How do I find my product?

To find a product you may (1) use the shop menu at the top of our website (2) click the magnifying glass icon (upper-right) to bring up the search box and type in a keyword. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to reach out via Live Chat (bottom-right).
You will be able to enter and apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Please note, some discounts/sales are applied automatically. Promotions / Special offers do not stack.
Currently, we do not offer digital gift cards. Please check back soon as that is a feature we're planning to introduce in the near future.

We do not charge sales tax on our products.
You will receive an email receipt when you place an order. You can also log into your account and view your order history.
The charge will occur upon placing an order. There may be a delay before the charge appears on your account.

How do I create an account?
I forgot my password
You can create an account at anytime by clicking 'LOGIN' (top-right) and then clicking 'Sign up' on the login page. Additionally, you will have the option to create an account during the checkout process.
On the login page, next to the sign in button, you'll see a link that says 'Forgot your password?' click the link and enter your email associated with your account. An email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. You will receive an email with tracking information once you're order has shipped.

You may return any UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Opened/used products are not eligible for return. Please file a warranty claim if you experience any issues with your cart.

Credits usually take 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return.
